The practical path to lower emissions

Most government initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions — including here in Massachusetts — take the narrow pathway of electrifying everything as the only solution. But this “solution” involves costly heating conversions, billions of dollars for new electric infrastructure and delays in carbon reduction.

Conversely, we are already reducing our customers’ carbon footprint — at a fraction of the cost of electrification. We deliver renewable Bioheat Plus® fuel , which has been shown to annually prevent more than 1.5 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions in our part of the country.
