We New Englanders are a resilient group, but this past winter was a tough one. First, a cold spell gripped us right after Christmas and hung around for weeks. We also got slammed by a “bomb cyclone” during that time. Later on, March arrived and roared like a lion, bringing us one nor’easter after another.
The Needham team rose to the challenge. We all love what we do for a living, and taking care of our customers is a big part of that. During the extreme cold, our drivers worked double shifts for weeks, and our on-call technicians responded to hundreds of no-heat service calls.
I know there were probably some anxious moments for you, too. I can’t tell you how much it meant to all of us that you understood our challenges.
