Energy Efficiency + Rebates = BIG savings!

In 2023, as part of the Inflation Reduction Act, you can receive a $600 federal tax credit for installing energy-efficient heating oil furnaces, boilers, central A/C, and water heaters, and up to $2,000 credit for air-source heat pumps and heat pump water heaters.

Secure home improvement financing with Mass Save and its HEAT Loan Program

Through the HEAT Loan Program of Mass Save, Needham Oil Complete Heating & Cooling helps you qualify for no-interest financing to increase the energy efficiency of your home.

The HEAT Loan Program provides customers the opportunity to apply for a 0% loan from participating lenders to assist with the installation of qualified energy-efficiency improvements in their homes. Loans of up to $50,000 are available (depending on utility), with terms of up to seven years. To apply for a loan, the customer must own and reside in a one- to four-family residence and obtain a Mass Save home energy assessment.

Eligible energy-efficiency improvements include:

  • Attic, wall and basement insulation
  • High-efficiency heating systems
  • High-efficiency domestic hot water systems
  • Solar hot water systems
  • Energy Star windows
  • Air Conditioning
  • 7-day digital programmable thermostats
