FAQs

Here are frequently asked questions about some of our services

Q: Do you provide 24-hour emergency heating service during the fall and winter?
A: Yes. We are available around the clock for our current customers during the heating season.

Q: How long would I have to wait if I have a no-heat emergency?
A: On average, our response time is under three hours, although this varies depending on call volume and weather conditions.

Q: Who will service or install my equipment?
A: Only our own certified heating and cooling technicians visit your home to handle service and installations. Unlike some other companies, we never use subcontractors because we want to adhere to the highest standards when we perform work in the homes of our customers.

Q: How long does it take to install a new furnace?
A: Most of our installations are done in one day, though every job (and home) is different and some projects take longer than others.

Q: What should I expect when I request a free equipment estimate?
A: To recommend the right size system for you, we will visit your home and do a lot of calculations.. This helps us calculate how much Btu “power” your new system will need. We will then show you your options in new equipment. After you make a selection, we can give you an estimate. Go here to request a free estimate.

Q: How important are tune-ups?
A: Very important. Heating and air conditioning systems require regular maintenance to operate properly—just like your car does. Without the regular maintenance of a tune-up, you lose efficiency and money. Annual tune-ups keep your system working at peak efficiency and give our technicians a chance to catch minor problems before they turn into major trouble later on.
In addition, regular maintenance can extend the life of your equipment.
