I just wanted to send a note and tell you how nice Al is. He just left here after pulling out of his pocket a valve handle thingy that resolved my hot water problem in 10 seconds flat. Sorry to see that there is in issue with this since my system is so new, but it sounds like it is a product defect and it is widespread. Anyway, he is always pleasant and makes me feel like he knows the problem before he steps in the house. We all wish every employee we work with was like that! Have a great weekend.
