This Plan provides comprehensive coverage for your heating system to save you money and give you peace of mind. We offer you 24-hour emergency service and regular preventive maintenance during normal business hours: Monday- Friday, 8AM-5PM.

The Gold Heating Plan includes:

  1. Precision heating tune-up.
  2. Priority service.
  3. Loyalty Credits.
  4. You also get FREE parts-and-labor coverage for most of you heating system parts.

Needham Oil & Air Silver Cooling Plan

This Plan provides coverage for any central air conditioning system or heat pump in your home. All service (including non-cooling calls) will be performed during normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.

The Silver Cooling Plan includes:

  1. Regularly scheduled precision cooling tune-up.
  2. Priority service.
  3. 15% discount on parts and labor.
  4. Loyalty Credits.
