Automatic Oil Delivery

Have you ever measured the level in your fuel storage tank?

When you are on Automatic Delivery, you’ll never have to worry about your fuel supply again. Because every home uses oil differently, we use a computerized delivery system, which uses degree days and consumption patterns to automatically schedule oil deliveries when you need them.

This FREE service schedules your delivery whenever necessary. You’ll always have peace of mind knowing that your heating comfort needs are met.

Smart Pay Payment Plan

Our equal payment plan takes your anticipated yearly fuel costs and divides them into 10 equal monthly payments.

Our customers are able to budget their energy dollars by spreading the annual cost of home heating over 10 monthly payments. Rather than face the ups and downs of peak winter bills, your payment will remain the same each month. In addition, you will recieve a 10 cent discount on every gallon of oil you use if you pay your budget payment by the 10th of every month.

For extra convenience, you can have your monthly payment automatically deducted from your checking account through our electronic funds transfer program. You can also use your credit card to make automatic monthly payments.

At the end of your budget season, we will settle your account. Credit balances may be left to apply toward the next budget season or a refund may be requested. Any debit balances must be paid prior to the start of the next budget season.

Automatic Credit Card Deduction

At Needham Oil & Air, we accept the following major credit cards to make paying for our products and services even easier.

Our automatic credit card service allows us to charge your credit card for your budget amount. Or, if pay as you go for your oil we can charge that to your credit card automatically too. If you are having us install a new heating or air conditioning system, we can also put that on your credit card.

Gold Heating Plan

Your home’s heating system is the center of your family’s warmth and comfort. Our Gold Heating Plan is one way of making sure that your heating system is always running in top condition and efficiently. Our plan gives you the comfort of home heating security. We provide you with 24 hour emergency service 365 days a year 7 days a week.

Our Gold Heating Plan is designed to help you get the utmost performance from your heating system. Our fully licensed service technicians will perform a comprehensive preventative maintenance on your system as part of your service agreement. We also inspect your system to make certain that it is performing at peak efficiency ... saving you fuel and money!
