Your choice of plan depends upon the level of protection you’re comfortable with. Our Gold Heating Plan fully includes most repairs. The Silver Cooling Plan includes a tune-up and repair discounts.

Needham Oil & Air Gold Heating Plan

This plan provides comprehensive coverage for your heating system to save you money and give you peace of mind. We offer you 24-hour oil service and regular preventive maintenance during normal business hours: Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The Gold Heating Plan includes:

  1. Precision heating tune-up.
  2. Priority service.
  3. Loyalty Credits.
  4. FREE parts-and-labor coverage for most of your heating system is parts.

Needham Oil & Air Silver Cooling Plan

This plan provides coverage for any central air conditioning system or heat pump in your home. All service (including non-cooling calls) will be performed during normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The Silver Cooling Plan includes:

  1. Regularly scheduled precision cooling tune-up.
  2. Priority service.
  3. 15% discount on parts and labor.
  4. Loyalty Credits.
  5. 24-Hour Oil Service

Additional plan coverage also available.

In additio nto the Gold Heating Plan and Silver Cooling Plan coverage outlined above, you can also arrange to increase your coverage to include:

  • Oil storage tank
